AC short cycle

My 2019 3791RD has two whisper quite ac units. The unit upstairs will run a little while then cut off then 10-15 seconds it will start back up. I made sure the vents were not turned toward the thermostat. Both thermostats upstairs and downstairs can be set on the same setting or 2-4 degrees apart with the one upstairs at a higher setting. The tech at the dealership said he could have a mobile truck come check it out ( it’s under warranty) I was hoping there is something I can try first

Try to reset the thermostat. Hold the mode button and the up button at the same time until -- -- shows on the screen and then push the mode button again.

I just tried your suggestion and I think it worked. I will continue to monitor. Thanks a lot
