Well it worked at the dealership, twice.

First trip - no cooling in fridge ... plan B, glad we we real close to house.

now 250 miles away - Tree Top RV park had a little booklet the gave us a check-in, PS nice park in the middle of Arlington TX, called the first one of several listed. gent called back in 15 minutes. When I asked how he was - he said swamped (small independent with tons of experience). He took 20 minutes going over my situation, explained how my unit worked, suggested i put items in fridge and freezer as it works better and restarted unit. Gave him text updates about noises as it made them. Early morning text next day, he said he'd come by in late afternoon. He said my Dometic 12 cu ft is very sensitive to level +/- 3 degrees. After doing tests and calling Dometic - it's shoot ... he even got me set up with an associated branch that i purchased the 5er from. Dealership called next day and said Dometic just received the details and will respond the next day. Dealership said they'll get it done the same day. Excellent experience so far
