Time to Remember

I think we should all take a moment to remember all of our fellow campers lost and injured in the storm at Cherrystone Campground. Thoughts and prayers for those lost and a quick recovery for those injured.
Terrible incident. We should all think about what we would do. Have a plan in place.

Not to down play what folks went through there, but the one picture that I saw showed a travel trailer beside a fifth wheel and both were on their sides...but looked to be in very good condition. So these things do hold up better than a mobile home in nasty weather. John

We have stayed there many times over the years. Really sad.

If you have ever seen a rig turned back up right after being tossed over it is not a pretty sight either. Pulling them back up ends up totaling them. :-(

Prayers for the families involved.
