Rim Question

Help! I have a wheel question. I had a flat on a "China Bomb" Steel belt just came through the tire. Luckily caught it before it blew. I want to replace tire with a G rated tire. I've read that it says on the back of the rim if that rim will hold an 80 or 110 psi tire. I"ve looked very closely and the only thing I can find that has a number is a cross hatched thing that has a 60 and an 80 in it. It also says that the rim is rated for 3500 lbs. What do you think? Can I go to 110 lbs? Will a tire place know or care? I've learned a lot from you folks and value your opinions. Thanks for your advice.

Here is what went on with me on this forum, I too have the rims with 3500 on them, and also TR6, which I was told on this forum would handle G rated tires @ 110 psi. So I went ahead and had them installed. Not to long ago things changed Tredit changed there minds on certifying that rim for 110 psi, a little late for me, but at this point have had no problems with the rims. I run them @ 95 psi. with 10k on them , but no I don't think your rims are rated for 110 psi.

I am also running the G rated tires on the TR6 rims. I am running them at 80 pounds because of the weight on them I don't need more. Weigh your rig and see if it is necessary to run 110 pounds in the tires.

I am running G rated tires on the TR6 wheels rated at 3500#. I run at 95psi based on my weight. Have not had any problem with them to date.

Looks like I am not the only then, but the rims are still not rated for anything over 80 psi. according to Tredit.

I too have the china bomb tires on my 2011 Montana 347th. Currently have about 10,000 miles on them. No problems yet. But am thinking of going to the G614 tires. I also don't know if the rims will handle the 110psi or not. Tomorow I will check the back side of the rims and see what they say. Thanks guys for any help on this subject.

The inside of my rims say "MAX LOAD 3750 LBS 110 PSI"
My trailer was built in Feb of 2011 so I hope that helps someone besides me.
