My doctor says I need more exercise......
So I designed my own weekly exercise plan. It is a tough one but doctor's orders are doctor's orders and just who am I to argue afterall he has the medical diplomas.
Here is my complete weekly schedule. If you would like to join in just follow the list and if you can come up with any I missed just add them in a reply. By adding more you will also be giving your fingers a lot more exersize.
First exercise is for your fingers.

Run around in circles
Thursday
Advise the President on how to run the country
Toot my own horn

Geeeeze Glenn, your not going to try to do all this in just one week are you? You need to not over do it, start slow, maybe start with the 12 ounce arm and wrist curls first (first month that is). Then the next month you could go on to 24 ounce arm and wrist curls, just to build up your strength. Good luck and let us all know how it goes for you.

Great list. Most of those I can handle, but not all at once.
.
During a routine doctor visit a couple years back, my doc (in his mid 70's) said "You need to start running from bar to bar."
"WHAT?" I replied, thinking I like his advice except for the running part.
He said, "Well that is not exactly what I mean. Actually, you need to start exercising more and drink a glass of wine each night."

My doc told me the same thing so here is my schedule.
I jump (slide) out of bed every morning and run aound the block 10 times. Then I push the block back under the bed, get back under the covers and catch my breath again.

I need a nap after all that!!!
When standing up in the back yard one day, I took a deep breath and my son said, "Dad, you're out of shape!"
I promptly replied, "Round is a shape!"
