Grease, mechanical aptitude and tools

Many have contacted me on these subjects, it's boring man stuff, but we all need to address them from time to time.

OK, we have our cover now, guys, here's some more Spring break pictures.

Of all your how to Photo pages, This one didn't have the steps to follow on it. I went over and over and over them hoping that I was doing it right...

Joy, I am surprised at you!
Hey any excuse is good....there are a few pictures I took that will never make it to the family Forum here. Parents, don't let your kids go to South Padre on Spring break!
We were walking among the gigantic crowd of people when we saw some Texas Longhorn kids with their flag; U.T. I think? Sue showed the girls her Longhorn beaded bracelet, one of the kids, a Black guy gave Sue a hug, he said I bet that's the first time you have ever been hugged by a Black guy! He, and all the kids were very nice, having a great time in the Sun.
I was there one day on the concrete patio by the pool, just up from the beach, when a girl came up to me and leaned on me, she was covered with wet sand, she said, I'm Drunk! I looked at her and said, You certainly are! She said she was lost, couldn't find her friends, and was getting afraid. I moved her over to a cop standing there and asked him to help her get down the beach to her motel. He just looked at me and said, look around, I can't do that.
I was on my bike, so I called Sue to come and get her. Sue, being the sweetheart she is, said she would be right up with the truck. I steered the wobbly girl out to the street and Sue got her home.
Just another adventure in our wonderful retirement life. As the kids say; "It's all good!"

Thanks a lot!!!!

My daughters - 23 & 21 - are both university students. When they go south (they are going to Jamaica after Christmas) I thought it was only to study. Now I'm worried.

Pete, one of the great things about this Forum is we can share ideas on locations, that way when you retire, you might just say, hey South Padre Island might be worth a try! Yea, I thought that cover thing might work, but I think the Cat has left the bag...
Robbie, as pretty and young as they were, twins didn't matter...
gpats, my Sue was right there with me most of the time, she had a blast, she is well aware of the Ozzman's actions.
Bruiser, there were hundreds of young girls and guys we met and saw, that were not being crazy, just having a good time.
Your girls will be fine, hey, we made it to adulthood!
On a side note, I was bicycling around the Island at that time, I saw thousands of Blue empty cartridges in the streets and gutters, I asked one of the kids what the heck they were...Nitrous Oxide, Laughing gas. They get a balloon, and a piercing device and inhale it. The Balloon is so the liquid changing state into a gas does not give them frostbite. A form of a high.
Probably more information you did not want to consider, Bruiser. But some of them do it.
