Majestic Washer and Dryer Problems

We have the majestic washer and dryer stackable units...I believe model 9200...The tumbler on the dry does not spin...but the air blows...On the washer, it will often sit there and make noise for the spin cycle but will not spin the clothes...after moving the clothes around and shaking it about it will work...each of these things are not correct operation...Does anyone have suggestions...they should be under warranty...do you know who to contact (please include information if possible) and has anyone else had these problems with their majestic units. I just got my Majestic W/D and they certainly don't do that. They work great. I would suggest contacting the person or people that you purchased it from.
