Sir, may I have a few more BTU's ?

When I use my griddle, I need more heat, also, the little 10,000 BTU Walmart $25.00 special, doesn't quite keep up in windy conditions.
SO another Mod.
I left my orifice drill and reamer kit at home... can't bring everything on the road.
The stock orifice is about a #62 numbered bit size:
.0380 (10,087 BTU's)
I drilled it out with the smallest bit I brought: a 1/64th .0625 that gave me 28,160 BTU's or so.... too much. I soldered it shut, so I could re-drill it properly.
I finally found some small numbered bits here in Livingston Montana in a neat creaky old wooden floored hardware store, Tin square ceiling and all.
