For those of you who use the paper plates because of no sewer hook-ups, why don't you get the blue gray water dump tanks? They are so very easy to use and even hook to a trailer hitch.
Melissa,

Al would stay home before he would use the blue portable tank. It is a personal choice!

Unlike a number of the others here on the forum, we don't do a lot of camping in places with limited hookups. We are getting soft in our old age, and really prefer all the goodies, ya know, water, sewer, electric, cable, instant phones!

However, the lack of one or more of those goodies will not keep us from visiting a park. Sometimes the park is just near where we want to go. Sometimes it is where our friends will be. So, we go, we limit the water useage and go forth and have FUN!!

Since we would only use that blue tank maybe 2 times a year, we are not gonna lug it around all year. We just adjust our life style.

We figure we can put up with almost anything for a night, if we are prepared we can put up with "electric sites only" for 15 nights. Did it one time for 15 nights, 3 dogs, 11 weekend guests (and I did all the cooking and cleaning, and yep, LOTS of paper plates). This was with prior unit, and I think I had 30 gallons of on board water, plus the water heater (8 more gallons?? not sure, cannot remember when ya get older )

But, that blue tank is a great idea for those who don't mind hauling it around all year, or dumping it.
