My customer is a small Café that is expanding over on the country Club Plaza here in Kansas City. The conveyor oven had never been cleaned, just gross.
It sells for around $8,000.00 wholesale. It was pulling 44 amps 240 volts when I gave it a test run.

What kind of amps was it supposed to pull?

The amps were right on, it's interesting to see just how much energy a business' equipment consumes, A/C, refrigeration, equipment, other utilities, it's amazing they make a profit with all the expenses they have. My bill for the repairs and cleaning was high also.
