Reflections of a great trip

There is a lot of beautiful land in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana. Having lived through the 60’s and 70’s when the great minds were telling people to quit having so many children because we were going to run out of land, we decided those people never left New York City! One thing we noticed in all of the states was – clean. No graffiti, no road side litter and good roads for the most part. While we love Utah we noticed the road side litter was very bad, the roads were bad and last year they changed the exit numbers in the Northern part of the state so the GPS map was off. We got lost trying to find our campground but thanks to GPS we were able to get back on the interstate and I called the campground and got the right exit number. We stayed in some really nice campgrounds, some interesting ones and some we won’t go back to. In Beaver Utah we stayed at a small unique campground that had a restaurant on site with the best Mexican food we have had in a long time. We love Montana and will return sometime in the summer.
Happy trails............................

You should have stopped in Hurricane, UT, they just opened the Parrothead Island Broiler a couple weeks ago.

Oh, darn. We talked about staying in St. George since we love it there but needed more miles for the day. We'll be back. That may not last long. I think Jimmy has a copyright on Parrothead. He has closed a couple of other places trying to use Parrothead and Margaritaville.
Happy trails............................
