20K SuperGlide 5th Wheel Hitch

Posting for a friend here in our park:
He has a 20K SuperGlide 5th Wheel Hitch that he has put some miles on and feels that the wear plates are getting to the point that they should be replaced, but he can't find any details on how exactly to go about it.
Anyone here replaced them that can give any suggestions on the best way to proceed?? He claims that he's searched under different names and hasn't found a You Tube on it.

Contact info is here. I had to obtain a couple of replacement parts for our 2900 hitch last year and just gave them a call. They are very helpful. https://www.pullrite.com/about/contact
We have over 75,000 miles on our hitch and the wear plates are just fine, but I spray WD40 on the slider parts every morning before hitching up just like the manual says to do. Failure to do that is likely to increase the wear quite a bit.
I'm sure that instructions will come with the new wear plates.

I believe that the parts in question can be just turned over for a brand new surface. I had a super glide once upon a time.
