Creeping bedroom slide

My 2011 Montana 5th wheel stays in Desert Hot Spring for the summer all closed up, when I get back in fall the bedroom slide is half open. What causes that? Thanks Brian

I'm guessing it is a hydraulic through frame slide out mechanism.
Air in the line will cause that. Just exercise it a few times in and out and it should purge any air. Let the motor rest a bit in between cycles so it doesn't get too hot.

I agreed with RMcNeal. I have a 2008 Monty and the hydraulic slide for the bedroom will pop out periodically. Just run the slides in and out a few times to move the air or debris from the line. You should be good.

creeping bed room slide

Good day Brian,
We have a 2014, and the hydraulic pistons had an internal leak in the ram. You will see no leak of oil. Had to replace the rams.
