Hi everyone! Hate for my first post to be asking a bunch of questions, but needing help.
We just bought this model 4 weeks ago. We are living in it while we build a house on our property (so it will be a while). So running into problems already and “bring it back to be fixed” are really not an option as we have 2 kids.
Our black/grey water won’t drain unless I put the front end in the air? At level, it won’t drain. The pipes are not set at proper elevation in relation to the camper when it’s level. Is this normal every time you want to drain the tank to have to lift the camper??
Secondly the ac in the master bedroom just quit working. In the middle of the night. Worked great for 2 weeks or so. I’ve tried checking the fuses,, resetting the breakers, unplugging and plugging back in the converter in the storage area under the camper up front... I don’t know what else to do.
And NOW 24 hours later my batteries are dying? I had to run a charger to them last night. Everything “electrical” Like the ac in living room and the refer still work but anything operated by the batteries died out.
Can someone, anyone, give me some direction of help. Any would be appreciative. Seems like a lot of issues for spending such money.

Nope this is not normal. What does "The pipes are not set at proper elevation..." mean? Can you explain further.? A picture would really help. The kitchen grey tanks sits higher than the shower and black tanks. Does it not drain also?

There have been a lot of posts recently about this kind of thing. Some of them involve the thermostat. There is a problem with the touch sensitive cover. Try removing it and see what happens. I am sure someone with your year setup will know more about the A/C.

Do you have 12V lights?

What refer do you have? I assume it is a residential type as the RV type, it doesn't work without 12V. If you have a RV type then there is 12V coming from some where.

Is the battery disconnect switch in the convenience center disconnected (if you can remove the key the batteries are disconnected).

What 12V voltage is displayed on the Level Up panel (use the up arrow on the left until you find the voltage display). If it is 13.4 or more, then the converter is working. If if it is 12.6 or less then the converter is not charging the batteries.

Your appliances all have a 2 year warranty, like your AC. Never call your dealer about these items. Call Dometic as they probably have a mobile tech to suggest. You will pay a service charge but while he is there he can probably fix the other items at his hourly rate.

All appliances, like your AC has a 2 year warranty. Call Dometic as they probably have a list of mobile techs you can use after paying their service charge. Ask ahead if he can fix the rest at his hourly rate. When you cannot move it you must adapt to overcome.

1. Level. Are you actually level according to a 4' level front to back, left and right? We use auto level but then follow up with a 4' level. I put it on the hinge of the basement door next to the level up control panel. Also the front compartment hinge. In the factory tour video they recommend to get a really good flush on your black tank to raise the front. This should NOT be necessary for regular draining.
2. AC. 1st verify you have 120vac on BOTH legs of your power plug at the pedistal. Cycle your circuit breakers. Each AC unit is on a different leg of your power panel. Try swapping the thermostats from the living room to the bedroom. If this does not work put them back. Call Dometic. They have excellent customer service. Cut every other fin out on your ceiling vents. This GREATLY increases your air flow and AC efficiency!!! I just did this. We are currently in Moab Utah. 95° outside. We can only run 1 AC at a time. If we have both on it gets too cold (68°). Some have replaced the vents with adjustable ones to better direct airflow.
3. 12V system. As Carl said, if you do not have a multimeter, use your level up control panel to read your battery voltage. Page through the menu to find it.
PD converter troubleshooting
https://www.progressivedyn.com/suppo...ooting-guides/.
You can force the converter to cycle through the power wizard modes for troubleshooting.
Read the Guide to Wizzard, understanding the button and light.
Again as Carl said verify the battery disconnect switch is "ON" and the key will not come out.
Personally I suspect you are missing one of your 120vac legs. Too many electrical things failing at the same time for a coincidence.
