Basement Modifications

Looking for suggestions for basement modifications (3120RL) for storage of typical items used on the road - tables, chairs, bbq, etc. Because we are moving from a travel trailer to a 5th wheel, this is a great problem to have (storage), but we're looking for ideas about how to organize/modify it to be most efficient, AND make sure items remain secure.

I'd also be interested in hearing from those who insulated the ceiling below the front bedroom.

Everything in our basement possible is containerized and we block the doorways when the doors are shut with thick foam board for insulation. We're usually in extreme heat or cold weather so I have foam board for each side cut in two pieces per side so we can seal it up completely and still have easy access.
