Bad year for bigbird

Been one hell of a year so far had to replace the inverter then we replaced the refrigerator. Then we replaced the hot water heater which leaked under the flooring had to get sub floor repaired. Oh but there is more then replaced the flooring that's not all the air conditioner went out. But we have our health

Rough list of problems to have to deal with! Hopefully everything was still under warranty.
