It was a very interesting race and a good time. Even got to play pachinko with a Goodyear racing tire for prizes. Now we have to go home tomorrow and watch what we missed on TV.

Not a real fan of the new Chase format, driver could actually win 35 races and run second at Atlanta and loose the season championship. Sounds like a Atlanta championship to me.

I'm assuming you mean Homestead. This format does have some interesting twists and turns, like Ryan Newman still being in it without a win. In the past, however, few people cared about the Phoenix race because by now it was already decided who the champion was and the four bus loads of folks from the Caterpillar plant that were bussed to yesterdays race thought the the deal with Newman was just great. Different strokes for different folks. As was pointed out a number of times on the NASCAR channel, if wins in the regular season decided it all, the Giants and the Royals wouldn't have even played in the post season let alone in the Series.
