Slide mechanism lubrication

I looked in the Keystone manual and there isn't any information on lubricating the slide mechanism. At times we get some squealing sound and the odd time a bit of vibration when the slide is being closed. I spayed some dry lubricant on the edges of the mechanism, but I didn't lubricate the teeth. I noticed there is some grease and dirt on the teeth, so I assume that is what causes the odd vibration. I'm thinking of mixing dawn and water and scrubbing the teeth and mechanism with a stiff brush and rinse with a pressure washer. When dry I'm planning on lubricating the edges of the drive mechanism, but not the teeth. Is my plan the right thing to do. Any suggestions? Have you lubricated yours, and if so, does it work well?

I spray my gear teeth with dry silicone lubricant after cleaning with a toothbrush and lint free cloth. Overkill? Probably. My slides operate smoothly so I must be doing something right. I also wipe down the shiny part of the exposed hydraulic cylinders with a lint free cloth slightly dampened with ATF hydraulic fluid.
Everyone has their own preferred way of doing this. This is my way.

I follow Jay's lead on this one. Seems to work well for us also.

Thank you for all the input. Applied a grease remover to the slide rails, teeth and gear mechanism and brushed them with dawn and water. After power washing, drying and applying a dry lubricant the squealing and vibration is now gone. The slides now come in very smoothly.
