2013 3750FL Roof Questions

This is our third Montana and the first with the arched roof. The coach was delivered November 2012. This past weekend I cleaned the roof and noticed there are places where the heads of nails under the rubber roof are visible, some so much that I'm concerned that over time they might pop through the rubber roof. I also noticed that some of the cross members seem to be more prominent in height as they seemed raised up a bit. The prior Montanas had flawless roofs. This one seems less sturdy and more flimsy, and has these observations. We live in New England and we have a heavy snow pack last winter and I was the only person I know that very carefully removed the heavy snow from their camper's roof. Any thoughts? Is this normal what I'm seeing?

Can not say we have ever had a flawless roof on any of our units, but have to say our New one seems to be the best. The radius support beams look even to me, and unlike the previous units, roof membrane was installed tighter with less bubbles. Re the nail pops, we have experienced that with the old units and that seems to be a common problem. If by flimsy you mean that the roof itself is soft and flexes when you move on it and you have a lot of nail pops, that is not normal and may be indicative of moisture getting into the wood under the membrane.

X2 on the flimsy not being good. I've been all over our roof much more that typical while installing solar, replacing the black tank vent twice (tree branches), and replacing the vent covers in the past year +, and there's very little give and no 'nail pops' (I think they use screws though).

Thanks. Your experiences make me a bit concerned about my roof. It will be going to the dealer in a few weeks so I will have them look at it. thanks for your input.
