Someone asked for pictures

Here are the requested pictures of my new F150 Platinum and the new "go cart", i.e., Ferris zero-turn mower. The smaller mower picture was taken to show the front of our new home. The F150 picture looks out from behind our house.

This small, two bedroom, two bath house, designed for wheel chair access, both exterior and interior design, is perfect for us at this stage of life. The Hardi-Plank exterior reduces fire hazard and it is well insulated with heat barrier and fiber glass to help control power usage. My first month power bill was half what I had expected.

Well that's the way it goes for an "anchored" nomad.

It's a beauty! Not as pretty as you F350, but still a keeper...enjoy!

Would you believe the Platinum white was the only one on the lot? They did not have a King Ranch at all or a Lariat that suited my taste. I will have to get used to the black interior. When the bed liner, mud flaps and Tonneau cover are added, I will be done.

Seems like the end of things to add to our trucks and Montanas never ends...for me, that is part of the fun!

Thanks for the photos, I like your truck, mower, and house. This is your third truck since I started reading your posts. Best wishes to both of you and enjoy the new rides.

You are right, Gary, my 2002 F250 was under powered for my 2003 Big Sky. So I traded for the 2008 F350 dually with a 4:33 rear end. It ate my lunch on fuel. Hence, the trade for the 2011 F350 SRW. It was going to be my last vehicle. Then Dianna's health issues reared their heads. Didn't need a 1-ton or a diesel any more after selling the Big Sky. I came close to trading even for the new F150, so there we are.
