Fuel fill-pipe replacement

My '99 F-450 has a restricter in the fill pipe which keeps me from using the large, high volume noozles at most fuel islands. Does anybody have any experience/knowledge on the possibility of changing to a large pipe or some way to remove the restricter?

My '03 Chevy has the small fill pipe. The newer models have the bigger pipe. GM wants $214.00 for a bigger filler neck for my rig (part only). I haven't been able to find one anywhere else.

Check the Transfer Flow site. They carry aftermarket filler tubes. Jim, look at GM Parts Direct. They list that part for less than $150.
