Water
Looking for some help. I have a 2013 Big Sky and just recently noticed when it rains water is dripping out of my air condition ceiling vents and I mean a pretty significant drip. The ceiling is not wet and its coming thru the duct. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know how the water is getting inside the duck work.

If you remove the AC cover inside you will find the bolts that hold the unit down. Try snugging these up a little

Exactly. There are four of them, and they have a tendency to vibrate loose with travel. I check mine once a year. They hold the AC unit tightly against the seal, and when loose, water seeps under the seal.

We had water coming in when we ran the a/c and the dealer discovered those same bolts needed tightening. The a/c unit was not snug to the roof allowing water from the condenser that should be running off the roof to come back into the unit. Will put this on my annual maintenance check .

I appreciate the response so far but this AC is a central air unit there is no cover in the ceiling like my old AC unit with the filter.

OK Troops, what if you have the rear A/C that there is not access to it from the inside. Do we have to go up on the roof then, take the cover off and check the bolts that way?

I have that configuration with my 2015 and have not yet had to work on it. Has to be held to the roof somehow with a seal, so I would recommend pulling the outside cover. I noticed on mine during PDI inspection that there is a plate between the AC and the roof that was not there on my old units. Start there. My guess the bolts are there, but in reverse direction since you cannot get to them from the inside.
