i've notice that some places in the roof there's like an air bubble under the roof lining is that normal or that's a factory defect ?

I've had 3 Montanas ... all have had a handfull of small bubbles (dime sized) in the rubber roof ... a couple have had a small pucker across the seam where the plywood underlayment butts together. Never had any issue. If you have a substancial bubble ... get with a dealer to get it looked at or minimally get it documented if still under warranty.

My first fifth wheel...my first rubber roof. No bubbles of any kind on mine, but it certainly isn't smooth at some of the seams and on the sides where it is fastened under the metal banding...it has many puckers in different places on both sides. But, hey, I'm a fiberglass roof kind of guy and I feel comfortable with them. When in doubt, take some digital photos and document it with keystone before the warranty is gone. If it is already, then share some pictures on the moc and see what others think. John
