5er Storage or Seasonal Site in San Jose CA area ?

Hey folks! My wife and I are about to move to the San Jose area. There appears to be many opportunities there for great camping. However, given that real-estate, land, etc., is scarce, we need to find a place to either store our 28' 5er (so that we can access it on weekends) or find a place where we can become seasonals (my preference) and use the 5er as a cottage.
Do any of you know of any storage options or seasonal sites/campgrounds in the Northern CA area? Any pointers, links, names, costs, etc., would be greatly appreciated!

You're leaving New York? Well I been through San Jose looked lik a nice place to visit, I found it to be a little pricey, and I bet the storage parks are real pricey, because most people dont want to see a RV parked on their street. Good luck on your move.

San Jose is not really RV friendly. There are very few RV parks in the immediate area. I work in San Jose and the closest we could get is Morgan Hill (29 miles to work). Anything closer was really bad. Also be prepare to shell out some dough. $600-700 per month. There does seem to be quite a few storage areas though. If you want to park a little further check out Fruita del Casa in Hollister. There are a few other parks in the Hollister area. About 45-50 miles. Also check out the San Luis Resvoir area. If you find something interesting and want us to check it out, email us and we will do our best.

Betabel RV Resort on hwy 101 near San Juan Bautista, south of San Jose, does seasonals I'm pretty sure. We have friends living there fulltime. We've used the park when visiting them. Also, they recently installed wi-fi. It's a nice park. They have a website. I'm not sure but try www.betabel.com or www.betabelrvresort.com . One of those might work. If not, email me and I'll find the right one for you if interested.
