Mine is very close to your weights. I do have the additional weights like curb weight of the truck prior to any load (a little over 8,000) and laden without the trailer (passenger, luggage, hitch and camping gear) then the weight is around 8,500.
My 3500RL trailer is only a couple of years older than yours but it's before the Montys started getting heavier axles that made things heavier. Nowadays with many Montys at over 15,000, that's way too much for my '06 F250/F350.
It's kinda nice knowing where you stand especially when you find you are in compliance, eh, Bill? I do realize that things might fail anyway, but it's nice knowing we're not provoking anything.

Bill, those weights are almost identical to what I got 2 years ago. Only, our rig is a year newer with about the same floor plan you have but, we don't have the stackable w/d.

the big difference is our 08 F-350,6.4L, LB,CC, dually weighed in at 9215lbs ready to tow at the fall rally.
08 3400 pin weight was 2700lbs.
You have nothing in your 3400.Ours weighed in at just under 14,000lbs.

You bet they are. We live in Ford Country and can get in on the Employee plan for purchase otherwise I would have a GM product. They are lighter and still do the job.

My 2011 Chev 1 ton SRW Crew Cab D/A 4X4 with me, 1/2 tank fuel, 5th wheel hitch, spray on box liner, nerf bars and aluminum toolbox with about 100lbs of stuff, weighs 8020lbs.
Front axle 4650lbs, rear 3370lbs.
With Monty hooked up, full tank of fuel, some fresh water (not much) other holding tanks empty, fridge full and Terry,
Truck front axle 4825lbs, rear 6410lbs, total 11235lbs, very close to the 11500 GVWR.
Monty axles 12150lbs. Monty's weight comes right at 15000lbs and GCW 23385lbs.
Pin weight 2850lbs (Last years pin weight with the same Monty but on an '06 Gmc dually). This years figures don't match because when I weighed just the truck, it only had 1/2 tank of fuel and only me, whereas with Monty, I had a full tank of fuel and Terry on board.
Monty's weight includes 4 6V golf cart batteries, a combo washer/dryer and 150 watt solar system.
