I enjoyed reading these two articles and hope you will too. The new Ram HD has interesting specs.

Bringing back the power wagon, eh? used to have one of those beasts..luved it.

All in all, it's interesting to see where diesel is headed.

No on the urea injection. The Dodge Cummins 6.7L met the 2010 standards when introduced in early 2007. There are no changes for 2010/2011. And it is the only one that will not require urea injection.

on edit -- I guess I should qualify my response. The 4500 and possibly the chassis cab version of the 3500 (not sure on that one) the engine will require urea injection. For the regular 3500 and 2500 no urea injection is involved. I have no idea why the larger trucks do require it and the 3/4 and 1 ton non chassis cab trucks do not.

I like the looks but I REALLY like the way it tows and I REALLY like the solo mileage. Towing mileage is not much different than my Ford 6.0L.

Headlights are not what I expected though. My 08 had better side to side coverage than the 2010 model... Ride is better though. Only 500 miles on it so have not towed with it yet.

So when your truck runs low on urea do you just stop at your local dairy farm? You would think they could have come up with a better name

Urea, also called carbamide, is an organic chemical compound which essentially is the waste produced when the body metabolizes protein. ...
What ?????

I wonder if there will be a great demand for that waste stuff. At my age and frequency, I could make a killing!!!!!!! Now, to develop a business plan and find financing. I can see me coming out of retirement for this..........

Phil, we need to be partners on this. I'm also a high volume producer. And maybe a good side product would include odorous gas. I'm really good at that, too.
