Air mattress

We had a small split in our air mattress. I contacted Flair Interiors and sent them some pictures. I received an Email today that ourb air mattress is on its way to us on a warranty replacement. We bought our Montana on June 1st, 2007. I am finding if you contact the manufacturer they seen to help you if it isn't to long after the one year warranty is over. Mark Steiner is the Warranty Manager and was very helpful.

Great news, glad they took your call and giving you a free repl.On a different note our Ventline fan/similiar to a Fantastic fan started acting up a few months ago.I isolated the problem to the internal pc board and called the Ventline factory and was passed to there parts dept.I described the symptoms to the parts manager and was put on hold for maybe a minute,he came back on and asked for name/address/vin# etc.and sent out a new board at no cost priority mail.My fan now operates as new.Its nice to know there are some companies out there willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Our 07 Montana Mountaineer was purchased late Sept. 2006.

Thanks for the "headsup" Hookman. We have the 3400 model with the air mattress couch. It's really not bad as Judy and I have slept on it, but normally the grandkids get it. They like to jump, leap and sleep on it. So far no leaks at 1 year old but your info will help if we ever lose our air! Dennis
