Thanks for asking. We made it to Elephant Butte and enjoyed visits with Parrothead and Syplace. We were in EB primarily to visit good friends, Darrell and Barb, who live there. Darrell was my best man at our wedding, many years ago. Our original plan was to stay two nights but we ended up staying five. The last day, Darrell and Barb took us 4-wheelin' up in the mountains (including the snow) in their Jeep Wrangler. I have to have one of those someday!
Today we arrived in Benson, AZ, where we will be for a month.
Doug, we hope to be able to do a day trip to visit you all in Quartsite. I need to look back at your email for those dates and hope it will work out. I remember it's in January but forgot the dates you all will be there.

Quartzsite Rally starts Saturday, January 19th.
There are only 35 days until the Quartzsite rally.

Robbie, we're tentatively thinking we'll be in Yuma for a short while during your Quartzsite time. If so, we can make a day trip up to see you all on the visitors day, 1/26.
