Unxepected service.

We are traveling East to West across several states just now. I had a blowout and the spare tire hanger under the rig broke. One of those plastic sliding mirror door catches had broken. They are hard to find in the right size. No luck at Camping World. No help at an Everest dealer.

We found a Montana dealer in an out-of-the-way place near Knoxville, Tennessee. I called. He had my part, the spare tire wench. We programmed Nuvi, the GPS. Karen took us over hill and dale to Northgate RV Center at 3332 Wrights Ferry Road, Louisville, TN. Ph# 865 681 3030.

The repair staff fell all over themselves to help me. The plastic clip was too small so he modified it to fit and then installed it. When I took the "tire lift", as it is called, out to leave, he was underneath the Monty taking the old part off and was ready to install the new one and did.

The entire staff was very friendly and the service was outstanding. The only charges I received was for the parts. The installation was gratis. I am pleased to recommend them to anyone in the area of Knoxville or just passing through with a problem.

That's great Stiles. Always glad to hear a Montana dealer came thru. Especially considering you didn't but your Monty from them. I travel thru Tenn. quite often and will but Northgate RV in my book for future reference.

Northgate RV (the same people )are also located at Ringgold Ga and their repair facility in Hixson TN right here in Chattanooga. I bought my Montana through them and stop in ofter. Harv at the Hixson branch is head of the repair facility, and has a good crew.
