Do you have 12v power to other things like lights and propane detector etc.? Your problem could be the battery.

I don't know about your HC but most Montanas have a resettable 12v breaker in the front compartment near the battery. Trace the wire from the hydraulic pump back to power source and see if the first breaker you come to has tripped.

Try rebooting the touchpad by disconnecting the harness behind the pad, waiting a few minutes and then reconnecting. If you are getting power to the touchpad, and it will not reboot, may be time to order another pad from Lippert, two day turnaround on ours. Also available on Amazon. We have had two pads fail, the only problem we have ever had with the system. We now carry a spare.

Located up in front compartment is the control module for the level up system and control panel. 12 volts is powered directly to this module by single red wire circled in yellow. This goes directly to battery and has inline fuse.

Verify you have 12 volts at red wire and reseat all connections on this control module.

Auto reset breaker plays no part in power to this module.

If control panel still dead then it’s bad

This post is a few year’s old, but it sure helped a neighbor of mine this morning. He has a Solitude and between working on a brake problem of his own, I sent him a photo of ChuckS’s post. Replaced the fuse and he was on his way. Thanks, Chuck.

That breaker is for the pump. The TouchPad isn't powered through that breaker. Do High Country rigs have hydraulic or electric levelers?
