On the 2017 3791RD Montana Fifth Wheel, there is a shaft that goes from the bottom of the slide gear rail to the top on our sofa slide. My problem is that ours has now begun to squeal and carry on when bringing the slide in or out. I have sprayed it withWD40 and other lubricants but it will not squealing. Does anyone else have this problem and if so, what did you do to stop it?

sounds like bearing noise, can you see if there are bearings on that shaft?

I use a dry lube spray specifically for slides. Several brands available. I use generously and end up with quiet slide operation.
