Then, have a look at the attached summary report at the bottom of this thread and scroll to/look for your name(s).

• This report lists the activities you have signed up for, or have volunteered to help with, during the rally as of noon on Aug 25th.

• If you are the main MOC forum user, please make sure to discuss with your spouse what activities they would like to attend. For example, we would think everyone would want to go to the FREE Ladies Luncheon or Mens Breakfast.

• If you signed up more than once with the same name for an activity, we have removed duplicates. If you had intended to sign up yourself and your spouse for an activity, please make sure that both of you have that activity listed in the summary report.

• If there is something that you would like to sign up for or volunteer for, please revisit those forum posts to sign up. Be aware, that if the activity is full, you will be added to the Waitlist for that activity.

• Don’t worry, if there are spots available for any activities, you will still be able to sign up for them during Packet Pick Up.

FYI - We will be turning all the Activity and Volunteer Sign-up Forms off on the end of day on Sept 4th (Labor Day), in order to have time to prepare reports for packet pickup.

View worked for me.

Paul is listed under the learning lab, Jan should also be on that list, but maybe you are just listing one person per rig.

This sign up master document lists what people have signed up for and volunteered for using the google forms. The Cooking In Your Montana class is a MOC member led session that did not require a sign up or additional volunteers. There are several MOC member led sessions that would not be listed on this document.

We definitely recognize all the volunteers during the Rally and in the Rally Book.
