Slider may-be?

I have a 04/ 2980 and I was thinking of putting an Accuride full extention slider on a piece of aluminum in the area of the front storage compartment the one that goes through the other side, the thing that I am worried about is I know there is two holding tanks under the wood platform but how close is it underneeth to the wood? I dont want to put a screw in there and have it puncher the tank or rub a hole in it either. I would have the width of the unit with a 4" 90 degree over the edgeand screwed in there and some along the top so when it is extended it can not teader on me my slides will handel 300 lbs safely that would be alot more than I realy need. ( over kill ), but it would beat pulling out things looking for taht item that is in the middle of the unit..
I need that info before I start to make the pan and install it.
Thanks Reilly
