mileage drop after recall?

Soooooo, I had the latest recall done for the recalibration for emissions and driveability issues. F350 runs great. The "sometimes hesitation" when leaving a stop sign seems to have gone away. I don't have much mileage on the truck since getting the recall done so it may be my imagination that mileage has dropped by 0.4 mph for in town driving. Anyone notice anything on their ford truck? John
