Started full timing in May 2014. A couple months parked at a relative's, but so glad to be back on the road again. Both of us work 40+ hours a week out of our Montana 3750FL. This requires discipline and tolerance and a sense of humor (aka love). Quality of life is 500% better now that we are RVers, instead of working from a rented home as we did before. The scenery is fresh and new every couple of weeks. That takes the edge off, puts everything into perspective, and keeps us from getting bored.

This thread has been around a while. I looked and I had posted back in 2011 when we started full timing. Here we are six years later and still in the same rig and still loving it.

Hey All:

My wife and I started full time RVing in 2005. We retired when I was 55. Started with SOB and came to our senses in 2012 with a Montana 3800RE. Most winters in Arizona, summers in Alberta and 3 months traveling each year. Met many wonderful people.
Had to retire from RVing in 2018 due to health problems. What a wonderful experience.
Happy trails to all.

Any FULL-TIMERS coming to Goshen for 2019 FALL RALLY??
Always looking for more input on full-timing lifestyle, what helped you to make decision, how did you prepare??
Always enjoy additional input, tips, how to pare down.......

Hey, perhaps you can join us online, if you can’t be there in person — what do you think Marilyn?? (Marilyn & Rich Dube)

Was full timers from 1997 till 2002 when wife’s health issues forced us to buy a s&b sold RV Death in 2005. Remarried in 2009. Full time again since March 2018. Loving it again

We’re now on our second year of full timing and love the simple worry free “camping every day” lifestyle.
