New 2020 3790rd

Earlier this year, just before life changed for all of us, DW and I purchased a new 3790rd. We came from a bumper pull toy hauler, so we will definitely enjoy 5 slides vs none. I've been reading the forum for the past 3 months, but never did comment or introduce us. Thanks for all the help you give to all who ask. I really enjoy the ribbing that goes on, life is much better when you're having fun. One question I do have for anyone who has a similar screwy pivot door in the bath. Our bathroom door doesn't have a lock, is that typical for this type of door? It's not a problem with just the 2 of us, but when the kids and their wives join us, I'd rather not give them a show. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum! We've never had a bathroom door lock on either of our Montana's and on our particular model the pivot door won't let you in the bath or bedroom with the slide in so we put regular hinges on it and avoided the problems some others have with the mechanism.

We bought a $15 bed/bath knob set with lock & installed it in our pivot door in our 2019 3811MS. Didn’t even have to change the plunger. Just the knobs. Easy as pie.
