Surprise...good report on Mike Thompson RV service

I purchased my tt and my new 5er from Mike Thompsons RV in Santa Fe Springs. I think their rep is "they have good pricing, but their service stinks". So here's my current report (yesterday).

I took my 3455 back to MT to fix 3 problems found on our 1st trip in April.
1. Leaking water drain tube (the blue one)
2. Black flush didn't work
3. Kitchen slide open 1" on rear side of slide

I called last week and made an appt. I told them I had to take the day off to get there and would like the work done while I waited to avoid 2 trips. I made these arrangements with Leonal, a long time senior service employee there (his tech Ignacio did the work).

Short story results: fabulous. Leonal was extremly knowlegable and gave me very good advice (including to replace the plastic broken flush valve with a $22 brass one which I was happy to buy). All issues were handled curtiously and successfully. I got home same day...all in all, I am a happy camper.

Wish just one of my Appt. would have went like your`s.
Every time I picked mine up it was worse than when I took it in.

If you ever have to go back...ask for Leonal. He'll take good care of you and your rig IMHO.
