Discount Fuel Program

How many of you out there use the TSD Logistics Inc. fuel program (EFS card)?

I am in my second full year using the program and after just three fuel stops coming out of Florida towing have saved over $80.00.

Just curious how many are taking advantage of the program with the cost of diesel rising and expected to go higher yet.

Been using it for several years. Have it attached to a savings account I set up for the purpose so it's not coming out of my main bank account.

I have had it for a couple years. Use it every time I can. The savings are amazing.

This has been a popular topic of discussion here on the MOC. Here are just a couple of links to Threads on the TSD Fuel card.

Is this correct or am I confused ..... So with Flying J and Pilot no longer honoring TSD, does that only leave T/A to fill up at ?

There are a bunch of stations that honor the TSD card ... T/A, Petro, Loves, Circle K, just to name a few.

Sorry, I'm new to this program. How do you know who accepts the TSD card prior to exiting the freeway? Does the app furnish you this info.?

Yes, there is an app that gives you location and current prices. I have seen exits whit 2 truck stops that have different prices. It is always good to look ahead when you are in need of fuel.

I don’t use TSD card exclusively, I use it where I can but if I need fuel I have no issue stopping at Pilot or a Js. Every little bit helps when you are able to use the TSD card

I preplan my fuel stops for always using the TSD card. The only exception is if I will be camped close to a local Shell or other station where the price of diesel is within a couple cents and I can top off without my RV.

For example today is a traveling day. Normally doing this stretch of I-65 (out of AL up through TN) there is a Pilot I try to use. However, by using a Petro a couple exits away I am going to save .73 per gallon compared to using my GS card at the Pilot.

The next day running on up through TN my available discounts were not as steep but I found a Shell station within 10 miles of where our campground is where diesel is under $2.50 a gallon. Just by doing a little planning I will save over $60 before reaching Paducah this week.

Just finished 3500 mile trip from FL to CA and used the TSD card all the way. Have a 50 Gal tank in the bed so no problem to make from T/A to T/A.

What are the commercial pumps? Is that where the trucks fill up? Can you just pull up and use them?

I use it pretty much exclusivley. When I can save almost $100 on a fill up no reason not to use it. Price per gallon as never been less than .25 less than Costco which has routinely been the cheapest diesel around.

To use the card, you must use the commercial lanes, just pull in with the big rigs. I have never had an issue, with our without pulling the camper.

Have used EFS for years. P & FJ were always a good stop until a contract with Good Sam was brought up.. then they don't honor it. The average was a 45 cent savings. Now with the RV Plus and GS Elite it is 9 cents. Have not used it since. Loves used to also be up there and now a flat 16 cent discount, nice but Petro and T/A are my stops of choice now. I don't get too low between stops, usually 60 - 65 gallons but the savings add up.

We have used the same program. We left Virginia and we are now in Bryce Cannonville, UT. I saved $123.00 on this trip

Yes it is where the semis fill. Yes you can use them. If you use the tds card just make sure your fill can take the larger pump nozzle.
