Welcome to MOC. Do a detailed pre delivery inspection before you take delivery. Things can and do go wrong it’s better to get them fixed before you get your camper home.

Congrats on the new camper, and you are doing the absolute correct thing... purchasing your new camper a year or more before going full timing in it. It will take you a good year to flush out all the warranty issues, and use it enough so you'll know how to make customization changes that fit your specific lifestyle. All of this takes a year or two.
We've had ours for 2 and 1/2 years now, and still making modifications in anticipation of full timing. Our last big change was to finally add a washing machine and dryer (which by the way is soooooooooo nice now). We've purchased the generators, all the accessories for working remote and internet services, as well as little changes like cook ware and dishes. It just takes time to get thing right so you can hit the road.
We are also in the process of doing longer and longer extended times away from home. We are currently on a 3 week trek in North Carolina, working from the camper as we are both still full time employed (IT work) with our respective companies. So our "Visible" phone-internet-wifi system is getting a real test run right now (and by the way, it's working wonderful!).
We'll be home for a couple weeks, taking week-end jaunts at a couple state parks in Indiana and then hit the road again for another 5 or 6 weeks out. We did 5 weeks in Alabama the month of January and February.
So, you are doing the right thing, planning out a year or three ahead for full timing. What we thought we need or needed to do for full timing, 3 years ago, is not what we currently are experiencing today. We had to grow with longer and longer trips, returning home, making adjustments and hitting the road again. We do have a nice house and property and we do throughly enjoy it. Our son and his son (8 years old now) live with us, so when we are gone, he tends to the house. We've already deeded it over to him, again .... another one of those "things" that was necessary to make full timing possible.
Hey, good luck with your new adventures! Keep your plans in focus, and everything you do, push forward for that goal (full timing). It begins right now. Make a plan, and make the plan work.
Congrats again on your new "camper"! You'll absolutely love it!

Yes we're doing a extreme inspection, and Lazydays has us stay in one of there hook up areas for 2 days so if anything goes wrong we're on site and it will be fixed right away, also they have there own Campground Resort across the road. We'll be staying at for 2 or 3 more days just in case,
