Save your money up and build an RV Port down the road. Unless there is virtually no wind in your area, no matter how many straps, cords, bungees, and lengths of rope you put on it ... it will not 100% stay in place, eventually flop, and will wear finish and most anything that protrudes. That being said ... I do live in KS where we have WIND daily.

I had one similar to that installed a few months ago for $8200. It was a shock to me as we had budgeted $6500. I have no connection to the website in the screenshot. I could not find the guys we used - but there are lots of them out there. I am quite certain the cost would be higher today.

Same here on No cover. This time around went with FBP so the Monty will look great for a long time. I use the 'Wash Wax All' system of products by Aero Cosmetics. So, every time I wash the Monty it gets waxed while I wipe down the water spots. Super easy and fast. Besides, I just can't see myself trying to install a cover over 41 feet long, 13 plus feet high...not for me.

What a timely question....I ordered a Goldline from National Covers for our newly acquired 2011 3150RL. It was babied by previous owner & would like to keep it that way. Cover is supposed to come in tomorrow. Based on comments, I'm not sure if I should even open it up...just return it. YIKES! We get wind here in NM, but the backyard is fairly protected by 6 ft block walls. It's the sun that beats up everything out here.

I hope you have a houseload of weight lifters because a canvas cover for a 3121 will be so heavy you'll need a hoist to even lift it to the roof to get started.
UGH

My 36ft Goldline cover came in the day before a big snow/ice storm, which was a couple of days before our schedule departure. I scrambled to unpack it and get it on. Other than the surprise of being a little heavy and awkward, I did it myself & took about an hour to understand the system and get it completely strapped down. I was very pleased with the way it fit. Well, the snow/ice/wind came & the cover behaved quite nicely. The next day I brushed off as much snow as I could before it melted and turned to ice that night. The 2nd day the sun melted and dried up the cover, but the ground was a mess, so I folded it while up on the roof; a little tricky but it was actually fun to figure it out. I got everything back in the bag while on the roof, prepared a big cardboard landing spot & tossed it like a bombardier to the center of the target and put it in the garage. Hopefully the next time this goes on, I can cut the time in half. For now, we're hitting the road.
