Slides not opening tight

Opened my 5er for the first time this year and 2 of my slides won't open all the way tight against the wall one has a 1/4 gap on one side at the bottom and the kitchen slide is lose it's open but I can move it pretty easy with a slight push I closed them all and checked the fluid and it was full I also tried turning off all the slides and doing them one at a time and them 2 still didn't open tight any help would be appreciated is something I can adjust myself or does it need to go in thanks

LCI1.com has the instructions on slide adjustments... Im doing the same right now...

It may just be a case of dirt on the slide mechanism or needs lubricated.
