Soledad awning ?

Hi we are the new owners of a used 2019 331 RL high country. It has a Solera power awning it. We have owned other RV,s with different awnings but this is our first with a Solera power awning. The question is ? The awning seems to go out and in very slow and it doesn’t sound like it has much power ? Just wondering if this normal for these or should we be getting it checked out ? thanks Mike t

I'm not sure how slow "slow" is. Our's seems to work fine. How many seconds from In to Out, or vice versa?

In and out time is about 30 seconds each way ?

I haven't timed ours but that does seem a little slow
