Popped off cabinet door when pushing slides Out

What kind of material should I buy to strengthen the screw holes and make them small so when I reattach the kitchen cabinet door the screw will hold. I'm thinking there is something I can buy to fill the stretched holes

Wood glue and toothpicks. Fill hole with glue, stick the toothpick in and snap off. Use however many toothpicks are needed to fill the hole. I've done this many times when refinishing cabinets in our previous house. I also had to use the same method on one cabinet door in the Big Sky, for one screw hole that was stripped when we got it. Then, just put the screw back in the same hole.

Dip I match stick in a little glue, jam it in the hole. It will hold better than original

We've had a couple incidents of doors vs slides. In both cases, the screw holes were not a problem, but the hinges were mangled. In one case, had to straighten the hardware under the slide and re-attach the fascia on the inside of the slide in addition to fixing the hinges. Glad I carry an air nailer along with the compressor and various other tools. Just wish they had a better latching system for these doors instead of using velcro or tape to keep the doors closed.

Impressive! I don't believe I've ever met someone that carries a air nailer in their RV. You must have been a scout... "be prepared" and all.

I use the wooden part of kitchen matches and glue myself. On dual doors we use velcro, but on single doors we've added magnetic closures. Went to Lowe's and found they had two types of magnetic closures one slightly more expensive than the other. The more expensive ones have a much stronger magnet.

Had the compressor on board for maintaining tires. Started carrying the nailer for a past project, and found it came in handy for other things. Have the other battery powered tools that seem to be necessary on these rigs. So far, don't think I can take apart the whole rig and put it back together with what I carry, but after a couple incidents, glad I have the tools with us.

I like to glue wooden golf tees in the stripped out hole. They are tapered like a screw. Also they are a harder wood than match sticks.

If you own a keystone product it is a required carry-on.
