I have had good luck dealing with Flair Interiors, the manufacturer of the furniture. Here is the link to the warranty which appears to be 24 months (for manufacturer): http://flairinteriors.com/warranty/warranty.html. You can get the customer service contact info on their home page.

Jim, I think he might be referring to the recliners, in which case there are several ways they malfunction. i.e. Won't extend, won't close, brace breaks underneath, footrest comes apart. I lost several special chair bolts that I had to jury rig some replacements to get the darn recliner to recline. I also had one with a wooden brace break. I threw both out and bought one Lazy Boy wallhugger and moved the couch under the rear window and put the recliner where the couch was. Could see the TV straight on after that. I have the 3400 with the slanted TV cabinet....

The straight back chairs can spring the front hinge or the bottom fall out of the bottom, Yep, had both of those happen also. Was able to fix them though......
