Be careful with any dish soap...if you make the solution too strong and the sides of the RV are waxed, the Dawn will take the wax off.

The original Blue Dawn is the best. Do not use one with any kind of citrus in it. The birds like it and will peck on the roof......

I think you made the right decision birdingRVer to just leave well enough alone. An occassional wash down with Dawn is the ticket and the wax guy needs to go and get himself waxed by someone else. Regarding the wax, be careful what is used or you'll mess up your decals.

Happy waxing (hmmm, that sounds just plain wierd),
