Anyone Wintering in South Texas

Wife and I are heading for Los Fresnos,TX after Christmas. I would like to go sooner, but its a family thing. We will be at the Palmdale RV Resort. We have neighbors who are also going to the same park. We also met some folks at a campgrounds we were at who also winter there. Anyone heading for that area?

Hi Old Turbo - there are going to be a great number of MONTANA MEMBERS in the Rio Grande Valley. You need to go further down the forum topic's and you will see it's own THREAD. and a directory of members and where they are staying. I will be in Mercedes, Texas Llano Grande RV Resort and the list goes on....

Hemlockusa, I am in the pattern of cleaning out my basement storage area and planning on what to take. I know it is early and we plan a few more local trips before the nasty weather here in Michigan. We had planned this trip with fuel prices at $3.00 a gallon, . Glad to see we will save some money with the fuel prices coming down. Thanks for your info.
