Assuming by your rig ... you have 6000# axles. Dexter 12" never adjust LH (K23-458-00) RH (K43-259-00)
Here's a sample vendor http://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Brak...er/23-458.html Get the entire assembly as it's all there, cheaper in the long run, and easier to swap out. Unless your brake drums are deeply scored ... 5 bolts, 2 wires each and the swap is complete other than the initial adjustment.

Get the assemblies - they include new magnets and these also wear. These are a whole lot easier to deal with than just replacing the shoes and then having to later replace the magnets.

I believe a '13 will have 7K axles. Look on the axle tube for a white sticker, it will have the rating of your axle. OR look on the sticker on the left front by bed room slide and see what the axle is rated at.

If you have axles rated @ 6750lbs you have 7K axles that are de-rated because of the tires.

The brakes for a 6K and 7K axle are the same size, but the shoes and magnets are different. Call E-trailer and the guys there can look up the number you need. Buy the whole assemble, not just the shoes.

Depends on how far you plan on traveling this year. At an 1/8th of an inch, I'd leave them. I think they are around 1/4 inch to start with, which means you've still got less than half the life (you don't want to wear them to the steel shoe). If you see anything else wrong though like cracking, I'd replace them.

Out of curiosity, how many miles do you think you have on them?
