My neighbor just bought one of these from an individual. It is in excellent shape, but the ceiling fan, kitchen plug, and outside plug don't have power to them. None of the fuses have a red light and all breakers are on. Any ideas?

The kitchen and outside plugs are definitely a GFI problem. Find the master receptacle and reset it. The fan has a wall switch and a pull chain on the fan. Both must be on for the fan to work.

If the GFI doesn't reset, it will need to be replaced. Not an uncommon problem. The chain, on the light, may not be very long. Some of us had to remove ours because the pull handle on the end of it kept breaking the globe on the light. Also on the fan, it should have a forward and reverse switch on the housing of the fan. If pulling the chain and turning on the switch doesn't do it, try moving the forward and reverse switch. Sometimes, with age, they can be in a not fully on mode in one direction or the other.

It was the GFI in the bathroom. I just didn't think that many would be on the same circuit. It's all working, now. Thanks, everybody, for the input.
