Update on repacking wheel bearings

Picked up my Monty from CW today. They do have a special since last month and I was told it was all CW's. $79.90 for all four wheels plus $10.00 for each seal. Total came to $108.22. But wait, that does add up right. Lonnie, what is this $6.00 CW charges for "Protective Covings to include Shop Towels" Anyway still a good deal. This price is for President Club members only.

When we owned our two Montana's (2003 and 2005), we always had CW pack the bearings when we traveled to Florida for the winter. They always did a good job and was reasonable.

Many shops now have an add on to cover their overhead for expendable supplies or cleaning of towels, etc. I **think** years ago that overhead was just buried in the shop hourly rate. But by breaking it out the hourly rate doesn't seem quite as bad. I'm guessing but this makes sense to me.

And businesses are getting charged "Oile surcharges" on everything from most vendors. It is trickle down! End user ends up paying for everything, private sector or gov.
