Offer on house - Maybe fulltimeers soon!!

Well, we have a really interested potential buyer. We're making offers and counter offers right now. We're afraid to get our hopes up, but hopefully something will come of this. If a sale goes through we will be fulltiming in my parents yard until Debbie can quit working next November. Maybe we'll have a contract by the end of the week. Please pray with us for God's best!!

We'll hope for the best for you. Hopefully we will be there in about 6 months. Isn't this suspense terrible?
Happy trials...................

You will be amazed at the sudden rush of calm and relief when you close on that deal. It is like the calm after the big wave crashes on the shore only there isn't another one behind it. The freedom makes you plum giddy. The best days are ahead.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. My realtor thinks we're close to a deal. The perspective buyer is sleeping on it tonight. Hopefully I'll sleep too!! LOL

Congrats on at least having some interested buyers. We have been on the market for 3 months nd not even a nibble yet. But I knew it would take quite a while for our place to sell since it is a single wide mobile home. Of course it is on a concrete foundation and on 1 1.5 acres but they take a while to sell. Darn it all!! Good luck and I wish you all of the luck.

We hope you folks good luck and hope you get to fulltiming soon. We are also in the final closing of selling our house and hitting the T-T road. Maybe we will meet up on the road some day. God bless.

Congratulations!
We hope the very best for you. Our place is in escrow now, due to close 8 Nov 06. We'll be temporarily fulltiming locally until the end of March when we retire. We chose to put our house on the market now because prices in our townhome development have started to "sag". We got a good price which will really help in purchasing our retirement home in Prescott AZ next year. Again, lots of luck to you on this!

We're also pulling for you. As others said, there's a big sigh of relief when it's all said and done. And then there's the sudden panic while wondering if this is really a good move. For us it was the right move. I hope it proves the same for you.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. We don't have a contract, but the negotiations continue. I guess a little patience is required here.

It'll all work out fine, as you said a little patience now, big rewards later. You'll be fulltiming and enjoying yourselves like you were kids again. It's a blast and the reduced cost of living helps a lot too!!!! Congratulations!
